TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT Welcome to irprocedures.com (the “Website”), owned and operated by The Governors Of The University of Alberta, through The Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry (“UofA”). By accessing and using the Website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the Terms of Use in this Agreement (the “Agreement”). Please read the following Agreement carefully. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Website. UofA may modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified agreement on the site. You agree to review the agreement periodically to be aware of such modifications and your continued access or use of the site shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified agreement. This Agreement applies to all users, including those accessing the Website as students or faculty of UofA.

Nature and Limitations of the Website

All content on this Website is provided for general information, teaching and educational use only. Cook (Canada) Inc. has provided funding for the PANTRY project, but has no involvement in the selection of content on the Website. The Website is dedicated to providing high quality current information for the teaching and continuing educational development in the field of advanced practice interventional radiology. Each Module has been created and peer reviewed by physicians experienced in the interventional field that is presented. THE WEBSITE SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED MEDICAL ADVICE AND THE CONTENT IS NOT INTENDED TO REPLACE CONSULTATION WITH A QUALIFIED PHYSICIAN, AND SHOULD NOT BE FOLLOWED IF NOT IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS OF YOUR JURISDICTION AND/OR OF YOUR EMPLOYMENT.

When you access and use the Website or send us an e-mail, or otherwise communicate with us electronically, you are agreeing that UofA can communicate with you electronically, and any agreements formed (such as for purchase of educational materials) by electronic communication between you and UofA will be valid in that form.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

By accessing and using the Website, you agree that the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern this Agreement and any dispute of any kind that might arise between you and UofA.
